Violent crime returned to the community of Marigot with the shooting of a resident.
A man was shot multiple times last night, as he sat on the balcony of his home.
The victim has been identified as twenty-eight year old Herbie Emmanuel, known as ‘Teflon.’
The shooting occurred at about 9 pm in an area called ‘Chinatown’.
