Police are investigating two brutal cutlass attacks that occurred less than 24 hours apart.
A man had to be hospitalized in the wee hours of this morning, after he was attacked by cutlass wielding assailants in Sarrot.
The motive for the attack was unclear as was the extent of his injuries.
The victim was identified as David Sonson.
He is reported to have been attacked by two men at about 1:00 am today.
The victim was taken to hospital via ambulance.
Last night at about 9:00 pm a young man was attacked near the Blue Coral building by three other youths, according to eyewitnesses. The victim was chopped on the leg with a cutlass. His laptop computer was taken.
