Stephen Julien has officially been sworn in as the new attorney general. He replaces former AG Kim St Rose. Prime Minister Allen Chastanet touted Julien’s level of competence and affirmed government’s support toward efforts to strengthen the AG’s office, to allow government to function more effectively. Julien has vowed to advocate for greater resources for the department.

That was attorney general Stephen Julien speaking at his officially swearing in this morning. Julien previously served as the Consul General in Canada, under the last UWP Administration. He is a former Chairman of the National Telecommunication Regulatory Commission and former Chairman of the Saint Lucia National Lotteries. He was most recently serving as a Magistrate,
