In the news – The facilities at Anse Mamin beach in Soufriere, being run by Anse Chastanet hotel, fell prey to bandits. The multiple gunmen held the on duty staff at gunpoint, rummaging through the stock and supplies of the bar and grill at the beach site. The bandits made off with cash and drinks. A police investigation has been launched into the matter.
