On Saturday 17th December, the Gablewoods Mall at Sunny Acres will come to life with the sound of music: voices, to be exact. In an effort to share the festive spirit and to keep alive the fading tradition of carolling, the management and tenants of the Mall have planned what promises to be an evening of thrilling choral performances, from 5 to 7 p.m., in The Shopping Lane.
The evening will feature live Christmas and gospel renditions by two choral ensembles, namely the Just Us Choir and Special Blend. Both ensembles are well known for their vocal abilities and exciting public performances.
For the last few years, the Gablewoods Mall has hosted free Christmas events featuring local musical talents and this year is no different. The organisers of this year’s event are confident that Mall patrons will be thoroughly entertained and inspired this coming Saturday.
