Vieux Fort North MP, Moses Jn Baptiste, told the crowd that they should be on guard. The current administration, he says, has negatively affected thousands of people with its policies. The opposition party continues to make accusations of victimization on the part of the current administration. The party invited members of the public to come out to send a clear message to the government at its national protest on 17th May in Castries. Former Soufriere MP Harold Dalsan assured that the upcoming protest is not about causing trouble in the city but rather about letting people’s voices be heard.
