Shahab Jamshidi, the Canadian National, who has pleaded guilty to causing the drowning death of 4 year old Terrel Elibox, is set to be sentenced this week. After two years awaiting trial, the Canadian National recently plead guilty to death by gross negligence in the drowning death of the 4 year old. He appeared before Justice Cumberbatch for sentencing on Friday 3rd February. The case was adjourned, with the judge requesting that the attorneys submit reports for sentencing by Tuesday February 7th.
