Keyshawn Alphonse of the Soufriere Primary School has captured the title of OECS Courts Reading Champion. She won the St Lucia leg of the competition and travelled to St Kitts to compete against students from St Kitts, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica and Grenada. The OECS Final of the reading competition was held in St Kitts on Wednesday. We spoke with Jacklyn James who is a teacher at the Soufriere Primary School.
