The man wanted for the shocking killing of 14-year-old Jamaica College student, Nicholas Francis, is now in police custody and has been charged. He is due to appear in court on Friday. Police say Quacie Hart turned himself in on Sunday night accompanied by his lawyer. A 1 million Jamaican dollar reward had been offered for information leading to Hart’s arrest. Last Wednesday, 14-year-old Nicholas Francis was stabbed to death on a Toyota Coaster bus in front of his school when he refused to hand over his cell phone to a robber. He was then thrown out of the bus, breaking one of his hands in the process. The police named Hart as a person of interest a day after the incident
