Hanson ‘Dirty White’ James has been apprehended after escaping from prison on Tuesday. The convict was captured on Wednesday night in the Dennery Valley by a patrol team from the Bordelais Correctional Facility. Deputy Director at Bordelais, Leonard Terrence, says he was recaptured in the Anse Canot, Dennery area by the correctional officers who were out on the field for the better part of 27 hours.
“Dirty White” had been on the run after he escaped prison on Tuesday night by jumping the prison’s fence, while on cleaning duty. James escaped prison previously and it took the authorities two days to recapture him.
The Deputy Director says the public was also instrumental in the recapture of the escaped convict. He commends people for the many tips and reports of sightings that they phoned in with.
