Police say they are investigating the circumstances that led to the death of a San Souci man. His decomposing body was found in a house at San Souci on the weekend. Neighbours say after detecting a foul smell emanating from the house, they peeped through the window and saw the decomposing body covered with flies. No news on any leads by police at this time, or whether foul play is suspected. Investigations continue.
